Fastest Jorge Lorenzo, Rossi 10th Session Fourth GP Le Mans

Movistar rider Yamaha, Jorge Lorenzo, managed to lock the fastest lap time in the third free practice session of the French GP at Le Mans circuit on Saturday (05/16/2015). This 45-minute session takes place in a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius.

Andrea Dovizioso opened the session with a lap time of 1 minute 33.176 seconds. Jorge Lorenzo then shifted to second fastest with a 1 minute 33.157 seconds.

In mid-session, Aleix Espargaro fell after a highside in the corner five. The Suzuki rider can walk, but went straight to the medical center for a checkup.

Espargaro reported feeling pain in his right hand and waist, but the results of the scan no bones were fractured.

Meanwhile, Lorenzo re-sharpening time to 1 minute 33.129 seconds.

Nearing the end of the session, Andrea Iannone heat up competition with doing the rounds in 1 minute 33.018 seconds. However, Lorenzo made a breakthrough end with a record of 1 minute 32.647 seconds last until the session ends.

Lorenzo Go up to Le Mans with is winning in Jerez

Jorge Lorenzo came to sirkut Le Mans, France, in high spirits following the victory at the Spanish Grand Prix at the Jerez circuit, two weeks ago. It was the first rider of the Yamaha Movistar podium this season.

"I feel happy after the victory at Jerez. Now, I am looking forward to racing at Le Mans, a circuit that is different from the Jerez," said Lorenzo.

"Normally we disturbed weather conditions. However, this is a circuit I like and Yamaha achieve good results in previous years. So, I am sure will be a great race with here," he continued.

The victory in Jerez boost the position of Lorenzo in the standings. The Spanish rider is now third in the standings with 62 points, under Valentino Rossi and Andrea Dovizioso.

"The bike is in good condition and after the podium and first win, I feel ready. I do not think about being world champion, I just live day by day, turn after turn, and race the best and enjoy every session," said the 28-year-old rider ,

If you can find the best set-up, Lorenzo is sure to have a great chance to reach the podium at Le Mans.

"Hopefully the weather will be nice, but in France you never know what will happen. However, I will do my best no matter what the weather," said Lorenzo.

Spanish Grand Prix

Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg set the fastest time in the final practice session Spanish Grand Prix, Saturday (09/05/2015) overcome teammate, Lewis Hamilton.
